2016 Voltage 3605 Roof Antenna question

So frustrating!!!
Ok I see the antenna on the top of the camper. For the life of me, I cannot find the raise and lower mechanism.
I have had friends who had rvs and the crank was in the rv.
The manual for this unit is completely useless. Not worth the paper it is printed on.
Anyone who can help I appreciate it.
Thanks again
Robert

My new, 2017 MH, TV antenna doesn't raise. It just turns by the knob on the ceiling. Its a King Jack model.

My old MH had an antenna that had a crank to raise it, but a tree bit it off.

And some of the Omni-Directional antenna's they are putting on campers don't need to be pointed. They get signals 360 degrees, only in a shorter distance than some of the Wingman Sensor or Wingman w/batwing configurations.

I have a Wingman RS3000 that you don't do anything to except run a channel scan once you get parked. Does a nice job on stations within about 35-40 miles, depending on terrain obviously.
