Not sure on the distance from Vegas...but a group of us from SoCal will be passing through Vegas enroute to Coral Pink and other places in Utah finally ending up at the Calnevore Rally.
There's more info HERE.

Hi everyone,

I have been pre-occupied the last few weeks so I have not been following the forum much. I wasn't going to go to the sand mountain thing because my quads are not really set up for sand riding....but it sounds like you can do some trail riding as well out at sand mountain. I won't commit yet because I need to check scheduling conflict and run it by the wife (of course) but maybe we can make it out. I would love to put faces to all the names on the forum....and yes it is practically my backyard...so I have no excuse not to go. I will try and make it. Take care everyone...talk to you soon.

James

There is lots of desert riding as well as low rolling sand so you can get away w/o paddles if need be.
I agree, I am really looking forward to placeing faces with names. Should be a great time!

2BH: It kinda looks like the Calico Days are gonna fall AFTER the Rally here...so we might be able to chime in on it!

We've just added LiveWire Whips and Nozzle Condoms as Rally sponsors and they have generously added items for the Booty Bag!

Remember that all proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Friends of Sand Mountain, so if you have any sponsor recommendations, please let me know. It's all for a great cause and a great event!

The date is getting closer and more folks are signing up!
