92 gallons of fuel between truck and trailer - how much do you carry?

I carry 92 gallons of fuel when going on a boondock. (2) 30 gallon tanks on the toy hauler and 32 for the truck's gas tank, which of course gets refilled on the way.

I never really added up till now. That is a lot of gas! How much do you carry when fully loaded for a long trip?

All I can when I had a toy hauler. All I can now with carrying toys in an enclosed trailer. I like the gas can method of carrying extra just in case you need to help some one out. Like water, you can never have too much.

Well I was going to carry diesel in my toy hauler tank, but it had to go to make room for some upgrades. The wiring was shot on the pump and I had several folks tell me that the tank wasn't meant for diesel anyway. Now I am looking for aux tank for the truck bed, but it has to be a special one as my wheelchair lift is mounted where a standard one would go. Any ideas of a side bed mount or a gate end tank like I have seen on some commercial fiver haulers maybe. Have to look for a while.

Sorry to respond so late, I'm not understanding the comment as to that tank not being made or suitable for diesel. Petroleum fuel is the same in any tank that is made for fueling.
Now if you mix fuels, you are going to have engine operational problems, not tank problems.
If you've had to remove the tank anyway, you may just be stuck with the potable container carry method only.

My truck carries 65 gallons of diesel and my toyhauler came with a 40 gas tank, but I had a 85 gallon tank made up and shoe horned it in between the trailer frame.
