I had some questions about Alloys and sent him a PM and an email a couple of days ago but I have not gotten a reply.
I hope all is well and he is just out having too much fun.

Yep, Big Bufe is just out and definitely having too much fun. I have it on good word that he's whoopin' it up in Pismo this weekend.

TB:

I let him know you were looking for him, but he was trying to get ready for Pismo- I think he left about 4am this morning and won't be back until next Monday...

Thanks Sean.
The reason I am trying to get ahold of him is I may have an opportunity to go to 16" tires and wheels cheaply and I was seeking his advise on wheather of not the Bridgestone LT245/75R16Es I took off my new truck will work on my FS2300 with Eagle Alloys.
What wheels and tires did you go with when you upped to 16's?

Sean and I both went with Michelin XPS Ribs.
I went with 225 and Sean got 235 size tires.
The 235's are rated higher since they are taller and wider than the 225.
The 245 tires is the same height as the 225 but is 1" wider if I remember right.
Also both went with Eagle Alloy wheels.
Do you have your axles flipped or trailer raised?
If not, the 245's will probably rub on the inside.
My 225's did on my stock height FS3000 I had a couple of years ago.
Hope this helps.

I still haven't heard from Big buford. I sent him a private message on Aug. 8 but he has not responded. Does he not venture into this forum anymore or does he have something against Texakins.
