Back up camera

I'm trying to negotiate a deal on my first camper. My truck (F250) has a reverse pin on the trailer plug, has a one added a back up camera to the TH? How practical/ difficult is it. The one I have is wireless to the monitor but needs power for the camera, so I figured the reverse lights would be the obvious feed point.

Thanks in advance.

Off the subject how to I care for the paint and roof, I'm unable to keep it in a garage or covered spot? Are covers worth it or just a waste of $$$ and a headache to install?

Most likely, there is no reverse wire run to the rear of the trailer, but some are. What unit are you looking at?
Usually, the cameras are wired into the running lights, so you can use the camera any time, not just in reverse.

Covers are a pain, but covered parking is worth it.
It will need washing, waxing, and treatment of the roof and touching up of the sealants on the side and roof.

Off both subjects, hope you're looking at a TH that is light enough for your 3/4 ton truck. Always want everyone to be safe.
