Bathroom fan not working

As the title says bathroom fan stopped working. Not sure of the brand of the fan as I came in the trailer when I bought it new. Trailer is a 2016 puma 25FBC and the fan was dealer installed when I got it.

I worked last year but at Sturgis last week it wouldn't come on. Fuse looked good, but replaced it anyway with no success.. When I got home I took the 4 screws out, the knobs off and tried to get it to open up to look at it. It came loose but wouldnt com completely off. Anyway, I gave up as I was hot, but after putting it together again it worked. Go figure. I thinking a loose wire or ground.

How the heck do you get the screen and fan to drop down? Or I may call it good until next time.
