"I'll make a note of it"!!

Eric? Does 92.4 sound like the number, or was I a tad off on the home and/or garage sqft?

Sean,
I'd say you were off by a little. You can probably fit a few more rigs based on your numbers....

House: 2500 sq/ft
Garage1: 1000 sq/ft
Garage2: 1600 sq/ft
Storage1: 400 sq/ft
Storage2: 200 sq/ft
Patio: 600 sq/ft
Dog run: 400 sq/ft
Grass: 12000 sq/ft
Trees: 21
Total Prop: 2.25 acres

Diirk
i see that Sean was good enough to include:
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">fb = flower bed sqft </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
in his original formula.
I think we can all assume right now that this WILL NOT be included in the final tally.

Thanks Mike:

I'll try to include those in the "Fudge factor"!! So far with Eric's numbers, I come up with 99.14 rigs.

But there is one other "factor" that this particular RVIA formula (yeah right!) doesn't address: the rvl, or Rig Variable Lineup factor. The original formula thinks everyone's gonna line up nice and neat, like in a park when in fact we know just how us TH guys are! Man..it could be a 50% factor!

Oh boy...

Another thing to take into consideration is the GCF or General Crap Factor, which refers to the unclaimed crap laying around my yard. An example of this would be a 40' trailer frame with a pile of 40' trusses on it, or an 85 Rabbit on blocks. Estimate on GCF area is about 3000 sq/ft.

Howie:

You be safe and sane...and have a good trip! Say 'hi' to Nick and Marianne for us!!

Eric- you're doing pretty darn good if as a desert dweller you've only got a 3000 GCF!!

desert dwellers do seem to relish the ol' GCF

At least i got my neighbor up the hill to quit throwing his GC onto my back 20. All it took was me digging a hole and burying my tires once and for all.

I used to be a lot more, like double. We've been cleaning up. In a couple of weeks we'll be getting a 30 yard roll-off and that should take care of about 2000 sq/ft of the remainder. Besides, it gets in the way of my tabletop.
The 40' trailer will eventually be converted into several workbenches for Garage2.

I was wondering just how he got that rabbit up on blocks? Is it stuffed? All the feet intact?

And....WHY?!?!?!
