Wow...this almost fell to Page 2! Who almost let that happen?! Who's on watch?!

Now Phatty...one thing I didn't allow for in the room calcs is the Sobe Torch room...is there a set area we need to allow for? And Eric didn't mention his Howister...that may shave off a few allowable coaches...

I think we can grade an area to make room for a few Sobe torches. Especially once the fireman show up.

Hey Eric:

I'd only feel comfy if the EDFD was there (members to be announced)!

Hey...is ther anything other than the libations we want to drink, and our coaches, that you need for us to bring?

I'll be setting up a webpage so we can organize some type of potluck. I'll post when it's available. It should have been done by now, but I've been running a little behind.

Eric:

I used to have a website for my DJ biz, and I found I spent more time updating the darn thing than having fun, that I finally lost it- know how you feel there guy. BTW...asked the boss if they had any plans for me on inventory weekend, and I heard what I wanted to hear- NO! So we're a definite...I can either get there Friday night, or Saturday morning- your pick! And before I permanmently mount my lights in my garage, I'll bring them.

I think a few others will be showing up on Fri night, so feel free to come on out. Whatever's easiest for you.

As to the website, I've started 3 different versions and didn't like any of them. I just need to put something simple up. It'll take an hour if I'd just do it.

Well all, I finally finished the website. Don't laugh, it's nothing much, but should do the job.

I was brought to my attention that some folks did not notice the RSVP link on the BBQ website. I added another one to make it more obvious. So for those of you planning to come, please RSVP. Thanks.

Eric,

I am supposed to work that day but I am going to do my best to get a trade. I won't know for a few weeks yet. I'll let you know as soon as I can.
