Is anyone else have issues with electric raise/lower bed in garage? I have had mine replaced twice and now that it is out of warranty, dealer is telling me he can't fix it. The cables jump out of the pulleys and cut the frame.
I am first owner and my unit is 5 years old (I have had it 4 years). can anyone give me some help?

Welcome to the forum. Without knowing what brand toy hauler you have, any answers will have to be very vague.
Can you check the rollers to make sure they are aligned properly? If they are out, the cables can jump off them, and start grinding away at the frame.
If the dealer can't fix it, you may have to re-engineer your bed so it will keep working for you. Heavier-duty rollers and additional bracing may be the way you will have to go.

thanks all for the response. I am in the process of rebuilding the frame now. I will look into bigger and stronger pulleys.
Dealer is no help on this one.

A HappiJac chain drive may be a stronger and more reliable system over cables.
