Best 1/2 ton bumper pull

Thinking of scaling back and going a different way in the future. Thinking of a bumper pull 1/2 ton toyhauler for camping and possible 2 seat RXR. Want a quality built unit as it will see some dirt roads. I know that limits me to <28 ft B to B and probably no slide. Most of the posts I see are about monster TH's.

Check out ATC toyhaulers. Pricey but all aluminum. Pretty much made to order. Bumper pulls go from 7X20 to 8.5X28 I think.

Just checked out the ATC toyhaulers a few weeks ago. Was thoroughly impressed. Well built units. A little more expensive but well worth the price. Hope this helps!

Not sure what you are scaling back from, but I recently sold my 40ft diesel pusher and purchased a half ton towable fifth wheel toy hauler.
I considered the Tag pulls but hated the thought of dealing with WD hitches and wanted a more easily maneuverable unit in campgrounds.
I purchased the 255RR Cherokee from Forest River. Entry level build quality but hauls the Harley perfectly.
