I'm always reading how this dealer or that doesn't have good customer service so I thought I'd post one on a dealer that really tries to put the customer first.

Simi R.V.

Their service department has been so patient with me in resolving my electrical issues in my Rage'n and on the third try appears to have fixed it, they have been very professional and communicative throughout the whole process, Rich is the service manage and is a super nice guy, you're always greeted by your first name, heck they even washed the trailer and gave me a full tank of gas. We bought our 3005 Rage'n in November from Sally and the transaction went smooth as silk and extremely painless.

Just my endorsement, if you're in the market for a Rage'n or Next Level give Sally a call.
