Different floor plan

Anyone out there know of a toy hauler in the 40' overall length with just a 12' garage on it?

Our kids are grown and we don't need to sleep a dozen people in our RV. BUT we have a LOT of toys. We would really like to find a unit that we could carry BOTH our Can Am 3 wheel motorcycle and jet ski side by side in the garage and put our kayaks and maybe an aluminum flat bottom overhead.

We would REALLY like to find a model with front living room!!!!! All the floorplans we have seen on the market have couches looking at the kitchen and you have to break your neck to watch tv and they are certainly not very good for entertaining (think playing cards with other mature adults)....

Give us a shout out if you know of any models with different floor plans from the cookie cutter side couch layouts.....Thanks

Just offering an alternative...
Class "A" Toyhaulers

For new, the Outlaw 37BG has a 13' deep garage - and the Canyon Star 3921 and Outlaw 37RB have 10' deep garages with dedicated bedrooms.

For used, there's lots of options made over the last few years including Front Engine Diesels, units with toy lifts over the traditional ramp, and garages up to 16' deep.

We used to have a towable, but a Motorized RV is a whole different world.

Best luck

Sorry guys I thought I posted this to 5th wheels and expressly mentioned that we were looking for same?

We have had Class A's in the past before deciding that 5th wheels were a much better choice for us. For starters, I need the tow vehicle for work around our estate. Second, you get a LOT more for your money with a 5th wheel (particularly if you needed the 1 ton anyway and don't consider it's cost part of the package). Third and possibly the most important fact for us, is that compared to a Class A there is very little maintaince cost with a 5th wheel. Maintaining a Class A is akin to keeping an 18 wheeler up and we can't justify that cost nor the hassle (always seems those transmissions or brakes go out when your at the far end of a cross country trip don't they). I understand that some folks love the Class A rigs. There is a lot of prestige to driving up in a big Diesel Pusher but you can get over that real quick when your stuck on the side of the road with a bad transmission or when it is time to replace those tires......

No need for apologies. Was just offering an alternative to towables that many people don't know are available...like, we ALWAYS have folks visiting us at campgrounds to see our coach, saying "never seen that before..."

We have a Dodge 3500, 5.9 Cummins, 4x4, DRW, Crew for our towables and in the past, we had a F350 in the same faire with the 7.3 IH/Navistar...but even these super trucks pale compared to a Motorhome for our desires. And with the toys in the back, we can still tow a car (everywhere) for much more comfortable touring at destinations over touring in the pick-up ever was, without worry about where towing double is legal.

Best luck in your quest

Grand Design has the 376TH with a front living room, but it has a smaller garage, probably not a good fit for your toys. KZ Venom makes a couple front living room ones as well. We agree, we hate the couch and looking sideways to watch TV. (Which our current Fuzion has)
