Do opposing air bags create a less comfortable ride?

We use a Hensley TS3 Trailer Saver to tow a 5th wheel toyhauler that has a Trailair king pin. Someone suggested that, since both our hitch and king pin have air bags, we may be experiencing MORE bumps and a less comfortable ride than if we had one or the other but not both.

Does anyone have any firsthand experience or other knowledge along these lines? Thank you in advance!

I have an Airborne pin box and air ride instead of springs on the truck and don't have a problem.
I would call the tech line of both manufacturers and ask them that question and see what their response would be.
