F250 Back Up Camera

I am just about to ign on the bottom line for a new '13 F250 with Lariat Ultimate package so it comes with the navigation screen.

I noticed on the test drive that when reversing the guide lines displyed on the screen just point straight back and do not turn to predict the vehicle's real path. The ones on my Nissan Maxima do bend in concert with the steering wheel shown the project path of the rear wheels.

My question is this. Is this normal or is somethiong wrong, I don't want to take delivery with a known problem.

Thanks in advance

I have a 2011 F350 and the lines are straight back. I don't know if the newer models are supposed to have the curved ones or not.

Captain already contacted me this morning after this thread and since I just found this, I figure I would post this.

The rear video camera system has 4 configurable features:
  • Fixed guidelines
  • Visual park aid alert
  • Manual zoom
  • Video camera delay
His camera is working correctly. Some of the Ford and Lincoln vehicles do have the lines that move with steering wheel movement but not the Superduties.
