Hello - I am a newbie, both to this site and to travel trailers. Am looking to buy a 4 season Toy Hauler. Am looking at the Lance 27 foot and the 27' Northwood Desert Fox, mainly because they are the only 2 four season TH's that I have found so far. I will be probably be doing more winter use of the unit than I will summer use, and mostly off the grid. It will also serve as my base of operations as I build a new or remodel a new home in Arizona in the next couple of years. Would prefer used units as I would rather avoid the depreciation as long as I can find something in really good condition. I need provision for a generator, would like to add a leveling system (better than the manual one I had on my first and only TT) and will be adding solar electrical if I don't find something with solar already installed. I want heated tanks and heated basement storage, if possible.

I would appreciated any recommendations as to manufacturer, choices of equipment or configuration as the learning curve is going to be steep.
