Hey Fat Dog, I noticed in the pics of your sweet new LE that you have a short bed P/U, and the nose of your new rig is quite a ways away from your cab. Did you up grade the pin box, or is that the new standard for us guys with short beds?

Welcome to iRV2 and in particular welcome alos to ToyLand !! Great to see you.!

I have had a Husky 16K slider hitch for a handful of years and it works great for a shortbed. But Yes, WW has a more extended pin box with the '06 that I have now then they did with the same model three years ago. Good for us! I never had any problems with the older positioning, but like this one better.
And i should probably look at that picture of my rig again, but I'll betcha that i was driving around with the slide set in the 'back' position since i was just towing the trailer a few miles from one storage area to another. It tows fine like that, although if i am putting some serious miles on it, i'll definitly have the hitch set 'forward'.

Again Welcome!

Mike
