I have used it with multiple trailers, both tandem and triple axel.

I just use the jack that came with my truck, works just fine and it saves the weight and storage space of a separate jack.

Those who rely on AAA to change their tires are in for a surprise if you ever have issues in most of Wyoming. It can easily be 3-5 hour wait times as many counties out here may only have one tow truck in the entire county and he's 100 miles away on another call. That's assuming you even have cell service to call in the first place.
