Looks like we've got to find a Comp Hill for the Ford Vs. Chevy duel!

Just what is everyone's flavor here? Just what truck with TH do you think would win? Details to follow, but my closest hill is Cajon Pass. And there's a CAT scale in Ontario where we can weigh up.

so Sean, does this race require the toyhauler to be hooked up during the race?

They got those circle-8 school bus races at half-time out here at the ElCajon track on saturday nights sometimes. They don't make enough beer for me to spill on the guy sitting in front of me i'm laughing so hard during those circle-8 races.

This will qual as the most irrelevant question ever posted,... but....is anyone ever stopped out at the dunes running anything other then red or white little lights ???
( i know,.. i know,... )
.... but lets say you've just had a long and complete 'dinner hour' .... and now you're hitting the sand again for an evening ride out at rowdy comp ..... has Dune Patrol ever used a non-conforming LED on a rider as an excuse to hit their flashing reds?

I was hoping that you would see that! Too bad no one else here knows the TRUE meaning of it. Maybe instead I should have written...

...Deep water Always stalls my buggy!..."

I still maintain that it was the funnest, and quickest, buggy ride I ever had.

Is "funnest" a word. Me thinks not.

And "YES" Phatty...you can use Funnest here...just remember to NOT use it when speaking to your captain!!

It's been done already! Check it out at:

http://www.thedieselpage.com/features/pulloff05.htm

Here is the last paragraph about the 05 pulloff:

This year, we had two trucks that shared the honors of "ruling the hill" - one with the best speed at the mile and another truck with the quickest elapsed time. Both were GM trucks. The Duramax powered GM trucks remain the most capable for pulling trailers, whether stock or modified. These Pull-Off contests have always been open to all comers, and we encourage all truck owners to attend, especially those who think their GM, Ford or Dodge has what it takes. Make plans now to attend next year's event. Show us what you've got!

Was there ever any doubt? The Bowtie rules
