I had a problem with a section of the aluminum siding on my '03 32' Sandpiper Sport 5th wheel toy hauler. That section (about 2' x 5') was loose and would bulge at high speed, and then lay flat again when stopped. I contacted the factory in Rialto, CA where it was built, and to my great delight, they readily agreed to do what was necessary to make it right, even though it was out of warranty. I dropped the rig off,and received a call about ten days later to pick it up. The repair looks & works great, and I will be buying more Forest River products. (this is my second) After some of the horror stories I have heard about manufacturers refusing to stand by their product, I am grateful to have received such great service.

Thank you Forest River!!

I'm glad to hear that because I'm a fan of Cardinals which is a forest river product and I like to think that if I ever change from a toyhauler to a reg 5th wheel, that would be my choice.

Q-Man:

First...welcome to the TH section of iRV2...hope the best for your reading pleasure!!

That's a good sign that a Mfr is paying attention to their customers...look- it's already paid off for them- you're broadcasting the good work, will buy a second one, and even got ol Tommy Boy (the Turkey) talking about it also!

Good stuff!!
