Well I now have a fully functional fuel gauge and Fuel Station gas pump.
I wish I could take credit for being the greatest repairman ever known to RVs but that is not to be the case.
After trying everything I could think of as well as following suggestions from this fine forum, I called The dealer I bought the rig from, America Choice RV in Ocala FL. and told them of the issues and what I have done to try and fix it.
They responded immediately and sent me a new fuel pump and fuel level sensor.
Keep in mind I bought the 403 Fuzion used with no OEM warranty , other than roof, left on the rig. This type of service is not the norm in todays marketplace. America Choice RV was under no legal obligation to replace the parts other than they told me all systems were operational when I took delivery. Figures the only system we did not actually run was the Fuel System.
Turns out my fuel gauge was wired backwards as well as the sensor being bad. Maybe the backwards wiring had something to do with the sensor going bad.
The sensor was an easy replacement. THe tank did not need to come out. And, the fuel pump was simply R&R.
So, thanks to extraordinary dealer service and a little effort on my and forum members parts, my rig has all systems up and running properly.
Thanks to the forum and thanks to America Choice RV in Ocala Fl.
