GD 351M fridge not staying cold

Good morning,

I have a 2019 Grand Design 351M and having issues with the refrigerator not staying cold even turned up to 9 Its on AC power, freezer is staying cold, nothing is blocking cooling fins in the refrigerator. We have had 100+ temps that past week, not sure if that is the issue or if something else is going on. Any advise is appreciated. Thank you

Turned up to '9' (Max temp setting) so it must be a Norcold

IS the fridge in a slideout?
Are the external fans running?
What temp is food compartment?
How does it cool on PROPANE?
Is RV LEVEL?

Warm food compartment.....
Door seals
Ventialtion issue (fans, obstructions etc)
Only 1 of 2 electric elements operating

Faulty thermistor
Faulty circuit board
Bad cooling unit

Door seals.....check tightness using dollar bill test
Ventilation.....check fan operation (bad thermostat), check for ANY thing that would obstruct airflow from lower to upper vents
Both elements have to work or not enough heat can be generated....measure resistance

Faulty thermistor...unplug and un fridge for 12 hrs then check temps (if cold replace thermistor)
Faulty circuit board.....repair shop can test
Cooling unit.....force cooling with test capability of cooling unit (more later IF needed)

Respond back with some answers AND the MODEL of fridge.

Yes its a Norcold, do not have model # at the moment

Fridge is in a slideout, gets the hot afternoon sun this time of year
Are the external fans running? opened the lower exterior panel and as far as I could tell the fans were running

What temp is food compartment? I do have an internal thermometer yet
How does it cool on PROPANE? Havent tried running on proppane really. Tried once during last power outage but I think there was air in the gas line, re set several time, would hear it try to light and kick off

Is RV LEVEL? Yes

Warm food compartment.....
Door seals - seals are good
