Is there a high end but short TH 5er?

Me and the wife want a nice toy hauler fifth wheel but we also want a shorter length. It must be new and we don't need to sleep over any guest nor do we need a 2nd bathroom. We do need a separate garage just big enough for our motorcycles that weigh 1400lbs together. Weight is not an issue but we only want 35' of fifth wheel trailer (or less) for maneuverability purposes.

- We looked at a Jayco Seismic 4112 and loved it but unfortunately, Jayco doesn't make anything under 40'.
- A Dutchman Voltage 3005 fits the bill but I'm not crazy about their customer service or build reputation. (this is actually our top pick right now)
- I considered the Grand Design Momentum 328M but my wife didn't care for the "cheap looking" tan walls and the opaque cabinet doors everywhere.

We plan to fulltime in a few years and are looking for what's out there now. No matter what unit we end up buying, we will ditch the living room sofa in favor of a plush leather booth that we can sit and face each other at.

Is there a small but high end 5er toy hauler out there that I'm missing?

The problem you will find with wanting a separate garage is that will be 10' minimum of your total length, leaving just 25' of living space.

Ps, my father just picked up a Cyclone 3611. It is 39', but man does it have a lot of living space with the double slide plus 2 more.

I am sure if you contact all of the manufacturers there may be someone who will consider building something your size. They may have it on the books but do not figure there is enough demand. Your request might just push them over the top.

As was stated 10' garage is likely minimum for most bikes. If you take that off of the length your remaining living space will be/could be tight.

Since it does not appear you are considering full time a smaller living area could be appropriate.

We had a 43 KZ. They also made a 37 at the time. We liked the functionality and build of ours. It served us well for over 10 years. We upgraded to a coach and trailer.

If we go up to a 38' (or longer) unit then yes, there are many more options.

Our camping friends had one of these. It was very nice, but the island in the living area made it impossible to get around the couch if footrests were out. They have since gone to a 40'.
