Shawn, if I had known about you when I was shopping, I would definitely have given you a jingle. I'll I can say now would be for you to impress upon management to focus on service after the sale training. Maybe with so many people to sale to here in SOCAL that small town attribute to insure a future 2nd time 3rd time sale is not relied upon by most of the salesmen and managers. JMHO

Shawn was my salesperson at first and it went well.. Then he moved to another store and I had to deal with the other shmoes @ Giant in Murrieta.. BTW, the finance person @ Murrieta is the worst example of a customer servant that I have ever, and I mean ever, seen... Like you Griz, I knew it would be a rocky road. Bottom line, I got my rig and it was late (later than yours Griz - only by 6 weeks though.. Doh!) Anyway, got the rig and now we are camping with great people that we didn't even have the pleasure of knowing before. Even Chevy folks, who aside from their delusions of vehicular superiority, are real nice folks!!! Anyway, I digress... You will get your rig and you will take it to WW for service like most of us anyway albeit a couple weeks later than you expected.. I wish it didnt have to be that way especially since we know you have limited time before you got to go and leave us for a couple of months but. Hang in there Griz, we are looking forward to yours and Melon's additions... Besides, I want to know more about what makes a Chevy person tick.. Besides the meds that is..

EVERY word of that rang so true !!!!
The most argumentative person in the world would have read that, curled up and quietly taken a nap.

Delays happen......BUT, when a salesman won't return calls or answer questions to a customer that just spent $35,000+, giving him a tidy commission..................Aarrrggg...that P's me off.

Good luck Griz......hope you take delivery soon.
