Leaky shower

2012 3950 Cyclone. Although caulked fairly well, I have to put towels around the base to catch the water. Started to remove door and glass walls to re-caulk. All screws out...BUT...can't easily get the door/wall assembly out of the "C" channels screwed to both corners. Any ideas?? THX in advance)
