Well, just pulled into town about 30min ago.
Trailer sits AWESOME with the axles back to normal height. I still have the 2X4 spacer, so I am higher than stock.
Pin box is back in the stock location.
I am 1" lower in the front than the back and I have 8" of clearance between the bedrails and trailer.... I am SOOOOOOO stoked!!!!!

The Tow Boss is the SHNIZZLE!!!!!
I put it it tow/haul mode, and cruised at 72mph no problem.
1000F on the EGT, 15lbs of boost and 185 tranny temp.
I never came out of overdrive.

Big rigs that I passed did not even move me at all.
The combination tows great!!!!!

No pix yet, I had to come right to work. Will take some tonight.

Dealer got the new gears from Warrior for the fuel pump and they replaced them before I left. We pumped 15 gallons of fuel and it worked just fine.
Genny has 5 hours on it now, works great.

Ok, now for the weights....

CAT scale results, keep in mind, my truck was set up the EXACT same as when I went on Saturday.

Steer axle: 4720lbs. Exact same as empty
Drive axle: 6360lbs. I have 2720lbs of pin weight.
Trailer axles: 8880lbs.

I couldn't believe it, my trailer weighs 11,600lbs. That is with the 40gal fuel tank full and the 20 gallon fuel tank at 1/2 on the gauge. No water in any of the tanks. Full propane and 1 battery.

My sticker says it weighs 12,080. So a little off.

I have a CCC of 4400lbs!!!!!
I used the weight calculation SS and with my rail, 2 quads, 100gal of water and stuff, I am still under the 16,000lbs.
Of course we will see at Halloween. That will be the first trip with all supplies and full family.

Linc,

CONGRATS, can't wait for the pics. You're the first person I've heard that has an actual weight that's less then the sticker weight. It's great you've got all the CCC you need. Now to get those 16's on there and you'll be good to go.

That's going to be one awesome rig on the dunes!

Wes

Linc,

Congrats on the trailer. Sounds like you got it the way it's supposed to be. Have a great break in trip.

Fords-R-Us!!!

Hey...welcome to iRV2! I can see we're gonna get along juuuuuuust fine! Watch out for that dang VetteRacer, though- he's quite the Dmax guy, so beware

Hummm...as a matter of fact, watch out for Howie also...he's our resident MOD-I-Meister, and he'll have you dinkin' on your coach in no time- you'll be a bonafide RV tech before you know it!

Welcome again!

Sean

Hummmm...on second thought, Howie's more of a Mod-A-Holic...

Poor 'ol Lincster's going to be mod-bonkers after his Gordon trip this weekend!

So much to do- so little time (except for Howie!).
