Yes, we will be in Wheatland in June, our first "big" trip! We are staying in the Sidetrack Park adjacent the track, boon docking, but we get get our pick of the spots!! We'll shuttle back and forth to the pits in the golf cart! We plan to cook out, too! Taking my crock pot for Sloppy Joes and pre-baked cookies and cakes and Ralph's famous baby back ribs to grill. And, oh, yes, we'll be at the car races, too! Maybe this year I'll get to ride in the go carts! We pick the rig up this Wednesday ... Looking for a place to keep it for a couple of months while the pole barn is being built. Looking today at Hudson Bend...want to set it up so we can "move in" before Waco.

Great. Is that the area past the in-ramp and behind the timing tower? I will definitely come visit and check out the new rig.

Yo, Scotty! Things with new Cyclone 4200 went well in Waco! Leaving for Wheatland next Tues, 10th, with over night in Broken Bow, OK.. Traveling with our two dogs. We will set up the rig in the "Side Park", adjacent to the race entrance, by the group bathrooms. It has trees, a large pond and since we arrive Wed we get choice of sites. We are crewing in Wheatland with The Oklahoman, Randy Bell. See y'all at the races!!Click image for larger version

Looks like the dogs settled right in. Glad that you are enjoying the 4200. I am anxious to see it. We are not leaving until Wed afternoon. Will not arrive in Wheatland until Thu afternoon. Did you get one of the sites with electricity? I believe there are a dozen or so over there, where you are talking about.

BTW, we are planning a week in Utah in Oct before the Lake Havasu race this year.

Cyclone 4200 Viewing

My wife and I went through a Cyclone 4200 a few days ago and got the full tour. Since there was gas in the generator we turned it on, turned on the A/C, rolled out the awnings, opened both porches and enjoyed the view. All that said, however, it was our feeling that the quality of the rig did not equal what we've experienced in both Keystone Montana and Forest River Cedar Creek that we've owned. As an example, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom don't go all the way to the ceiling, the kitchen sink is at an awkward position as you stand at it, the light fixtures were simple plastic lenses with little thumb pieces that enabled them to be turned on. No question it would be a fun RV if you didn't live in it...there is a dedicated TV and refrigerator access to the street-side patio and I could envision enjoying football right there.

Our consensus is that if you want a toyhauler to enjoy seasonally, this one has all the bells and whistles and will probably fill the bill. Since we're full-timers, however, we're going a different direction.
