Ramp Cables for the new style ramp.

I mounted eyebolts to the ramp door which fit into
the trailer rear frame opening when the ramp door is
closed. I spot welded the eye-bolt opening, so it will
not bend open and used stainless steel washers and nuts to
dress it out. I used steel cables to support the ramp door.

Important rule....... measure twice before you
drill thru the ramp door!

Looks great 56. I love to set the ramp up as a deck. I can't believe that WW only welds the tab on the door if you order the ramp room. It seems like it would be more cost effective to do all the doors the same.

Brrrr..is it cold out there or what? Wind chill of 32 degrees.

Here's a pic of the ramp tab.

Got me wondering if you could still weld the tab on without burning the fiberglass or melting that molding?
