Montana High Country 380TH

I just looked at a 2018 Montana High Country 381TH and was very impressed. Cool layout and tons of storage.

We just sold our home in WI and are going to be moving to Daytona Beach. Living there 6 months in the winter and in the camper 6 months in the summer up in WI.

Thinking of trading out since this one is more "home like". Right now we have a 2016 Stryker 2912 which we love. The small garage on this Montana 5th wheel is only 100 inches long. Not sure if my Harley Ultra Limited will fit.

Anyone own this Montana toy hauler and hauling a full bagger?

its designed for a 4 person gulf cart... so a fully loaded HD will fit...

I know my 110 ci Honda does easily ... I am waiting for more choices.
I looked at them when they FIRST came out.
dealer let me ride mine into it.

before you sign.. ask them to allow you to do it also.

The Montana 5th Wheel is supposedly the best selling 5th wheel 15 years running. But, I hear lots of negative things when it comes to Keystone and their customer service. I haven't had any problems with my current rig, Cruiser Stryker made by Heartland. Curious to hear what others think of Keystone.

Bed in 381th

We currently have a Raptor and although I love the garage space, there isn't much sitting area in our model. Been looking at the 381TH. Question...can you use the bed in the up position or do you have to unload your cargo (Harley in my case) and lower the bed? Not sure I want to unload the bike every time we stop along the way. Thanks.

We don't own one but we have looked into it. From everything I can see you do not have to pull your bike out every time you want to use the bed. Even with the bed in the highest position you could still climb up onto it but it's not necessary to have it in the highest position. Once you load your bike you lower the bed while you're still in the garage to the lowest point you can without harming your bike. Keep us posted on whether you get one or not. Really think this new toy hauler looks interesting. I also heard that the new 2018 model is different in the living room. The TV lowers down behind the fireplace and reveals a giant window in the front of the fifth wheel

381TH

Thanks. That's the same thing the sales person told me - but they tend to exaggerate just a bit. We plan to take a look this Friday. Our Raptor 352TS only has one couch in the kitchen area so not much room for visitors.

simple answer is yes..

I did some measuring... my wife will need a small step stool to get into bed (she is 5' 2" ) .. but my Honda 110 ci v-twin... does fit..

and kind-of why a up/down switch is in the garage...
