Need Help with water

The Dreaded Water issue.... We bought our TH in southern California. Since then it has traveled to RI and then to WA. Here in western WA we are very wet. But, our issue has been happening since we lived in RI.

We get water in our left closet in the bedroom. We have taken the exterior corner stripe off and replaced the putty tape and re-applied lap sealant on the roof joints. We are still getting water inside. Don't know what to do next. We are guessing we're at the point that we need take off the paneling inside to get to the extent of the problem.

Ideas? Can we pull the cabinets and paneling without replacing?

When water gets into a roof, it can travel in the interior of the roof and come out ANYWHERE. You need to do a complete survey of the entire roof and reseal any problem areas discovered.. or use LAP seal on all seams.

Seal Test. Will cost you a couple hundred dollars, but will be well worth it to identify every leak.

I have heard of guys sealing a shop vac exhaust hose through a window or roof vent to pressurize a trailer then going over it with soapy water looking for bubbles. A poor mans version of a seal test.
