The Nevrlube bearings are sealed, no way to determine(inspect) if they are going bad( I suppose a wobbling wheel is a hint) until they leave you on the side of the road.
The EZ-lube bearings/hubs use a grease zerk in the end of the axle stub to add grease to the hub. The problem with them is, every axle mfgr recommends visual inspection per their schedule. So, why use the zerk when the bearings must be removed, cleaned, inspected, re-packed and replaced every year?
IMO, the best bearings/hubs are wet-bath hubs, not something trailer mfgrs want to install(expense) as standard equipment.
BTW, your link shows a truck and gas MH.
