New owner 09 WW FB2100

Hello, I recently bought an 09 weekend warrior fb2100. I had a few questions about it if anyone can help. (probably dumb questions). First off, when the generator is running, it doesnt power anything, is this a mechanical issue or am I missing a switch somewhere? I am going to try to get the dealership I bought it from to take care of that problem, but i'm not sure they will yet. 2nd, it has some pull down roller type shades in the back, one of them wont retract, is this an easy fix, or do I need to replace it? 3rd, the bumpers on the rear ramp door are broken, and I am looking for a place to order more, does anyone have any idea where I can find some? Thank you.

Also, I noticed it has one odd wheel, so maybe when I replace the tires, I'll replace the wheels. Do the wheels need to be anything special for the toy hauler weight? or are they the same as any other trailer wheel? Thanks.

Generator: you may have to manually plug your power cord into an outlet that the gen powers, or your automatic transfer switch is bad, or breakers on the gen are tripped.
If you bought it used and nothing in writing from the dealer, they have no responsibility to fix it.
The wheels you get need to be rated to fix the axles and GVWR and even exceed it, preferably.
