Hello, I am new to RV-ing and to the Forum, I just ordered a Raptor 30FS last week it will take about four weeks to be built so I was told...I did a search and did not find anyone discussion on this camper (likes or dislikes) anyone want to give me some insight to my new adventure whether good or bad w/ keystone products, I would love to hear them...can you help me out. I guess there is no backing out unless I chose to give up $1000.00 for my down money. And I am not that sure I would unless you tell me they are going belly up in three months.

Thanks in advance

My brother bought a Raptor back about 3-4 years ago. He had a bunch of items, nothing major, except a generator issue that needed attention after delivery. There were things that the dealer should have caught in the "prep" process. I think his issue was with the dealer not correcting things on the first try. His next door neighbor also bought a Raptor at the same from the same dealer. They both had the same generator issue. After many attempts by the dealer, my brother gave up with the dealer and diagnose the problem himself.....I think it ended up being a vapor lock issue, I think they rerouted where the fuel supply came from.

I agree with the previous post, the dealer has a lot to do with the whole experience. We have a 2010 Raptor and are very happy with it. This is our 4th RV but our first Keystone and so far any minor problem we have had Keysone and our dealer have taken care of. There are some things I would change on mine if I could but I think the Raptor is a good value, I don't think they make the perfect RV. (if they do I probably can't afford it). Good luck, I hope you will have as much fun with your Raptor as we have had with ours.

How about some "mud dragging". Here is a ATV campground in SW PA. Four Seasons CG

Personally were not into the ATV lifestyle, but this campground located in the very SW. section of PA. is not too bad. They had a strict rule of 5 MPH on the campground roads. The trails were far enough in the woods and fields away from the camp sites as to not hear too much noise...
