Look what came in the mail today.

Although I have not read the article, I doubt its the cover truck that they are talking about. I could ready use another turbo and with a towing capacity of 24,500 lbs I might be able to tow that one-off gery 53foot WW from the other thread. I hope with all that extra power they have done something to beef up the tranny.

Wow, Man I am waiting for the new big three to get going. It will be interesting to see what they are going to put on the plate. I just want to see HP and TQ, the more the better!

You know, I need to replace my truck in a couple of years.

Rod:

My boss is biting at the bit to get one of those...he's had truck envy ever since I upped him with the King Ranch. I've tried to tell him that he ought to wait, but evidently his 2002 dually is burning a hole in his pocket!

Moss Bros Ford in Colton has on their gigantic message sign that they've got the 2008's...I'm afraid to stop by and take a look.

Same tranny as in the 03 to current models. The Torqshift is a good tranny and can handle the power.
The big towing capacity they are talking about is for the new F450 with the 33,000lb GCWR, which means 4.88 gears..... Which I will be getting when the 09 models come out.
I won't buy a first model year truck.
