Thanks for the warm welcomes...I feel like a newbie (but without the beer requirement ).
Clark-
You are setting the expectations pretty high...I hope I don't disappoint.

Deb,
You're gonna love your new rig. Lady Di and I sometimes
just go out just to sit in it..... in the driveway
She comes up with all the ideas to fill the endless
cabinet space. I like to think about tearing things
apart and make them better.
Welcome aboard!

yea, the ol' carpet in the garage trick IS interesting.
Check out a thread here by 56Nomad who took his garage carpet out and put in a nice trim piece.
( and i always hate saying this, but the guys here also had a thread on stitching the carpets on the sides to keep them new looking )
On all the Warriors I've seen, the carpet easily removes and rolls up for when you haul bikes. That works real well for us. I like that choice.

Mornin Mike. The carpet in this unit is like new because it was always put away be fore loading. But why carpen anyway there are so many other options. Just got off the phone with a guy at Ragin & Blazin RV abouth the weights. Was referred to them by WW(did finally get through)couriously WW did not have any info on the weights. Any way, Kim at R&B seemed to be the encyclopedia of WW's. His numbers are: 3 3500 axels(10500 GVWR) 8500 emty plus 600# per side for fiberglass,500# for ladder, roofrack and walk on roof. That does'nt leave any wiggle room. Plus I have a class 5 Valley hitch on the Burb max rating of 9500#, 1000tongue wt. So as nice as the rig could be it's not for us. The search continues. So Mike are you coming up this way before school starts? I'll have a longneck ready. Hey you can even hook up in my driveway.
