My husband and I are looking at a Open Range Toy Hauler. We would like to hear from owners of the Open Range brand of RV and what they like and do not like about the brand.

No one has replied so I thought I would. We looked at almost every toy hauler known for many months to carry our Bmw's. Have you seen the Enduramax by Gulf Stream?
In our searching we had narrowed the list to your choice and the Enduramax. The Enduramax wins. Its $20k cheaper and the vapor lock wall on the garage is amazing. Then the kitchen up stairs was not found in any other model. We pick ours up in a couple of weeks.

We looked at the Open Range Rolling Thunder as toy hauler and compared it with the Enduramax. What surprised us, living at the West Coast that there is no dealer to be found that carries either the regular Gulfstream or the Enduramax. When we asked a couple of dealers who had used Gulfstream units to tell us why there wasn't a Gulfstream dealer on the West and could they help us with the Enduramax they all declared that none of them would ever wanted to work again with Gulfstream. In their words when it came to honor their warranty they were a nightmare to work with plus that the trailers that were sold were the ones most that had problems.
If it's one dealer that tells you that you think, well maybe he tells me that because he wants to sell me his brands but when it becomes 4 or 5 dealers it rings alarm bells in my head.

So we eliminated the Enduramax and went with the Open Range Rolling Thunder H345 MPR to be expected in 6 weeks.

We found that too but when you clarify and ask just one more question you find out the truth. Ask if it was Gulf Stream our not? Endruamax is now owned/managed by Gulf Stream. You ask them about that and it is a blank stare. We have researched it clear to the factory. This is not your old Endurmax anymore. They have built class A's etc successfully so I am not counting them the same company they were.
