Sandy:

I bet you'll know on the next post!! Gawd...too much fun...

I think Tom needs to install a garbage disposal with a switch on the pipe before the value- then he doesn't hafta worry about the valve thingy! (What would Howie think?!).

Clark! That's nuttin but a $80 garbage disposal (and a good one!) A couple of $2 PVC fittings as adapters, and you've got it handled!! (oopppss...other than a GD is 120v, but you'll use it, what, 1 minute? Maybe some wiring, but yikes! $250 bucks!).

CW would probably faint at the thought, but there's more than one way to 'skin a $1 cat'...

Howie? HOWIE? where are ya when we need 'cha!!!

Look at this one.(www.sewersolution.com) Had one and it works. The descriptions you folks come up with. Sandys "beat it down with a stick" had me thinking of a potato masher taped to a stick. Yuk,yuk, yuk!

You say that thing really works, even if everything is not liquefied? Sounds almost too good to be true, does it all with water pressure huh. Thats almost too simple, 56 would hate it! I might love it though, if it works.

There, you naysayers and doubters.

We turn a tricky/messy subject into a wealth of information for everyone, even to the extent of using a stick.

....and it was alot of fun doing it, ey Tom???!!!

I looked at that Sewer Solution thingy...looks kinda trick! I wonder just how long it takes to drain a tank though- couldn't see anything on that. There was only 1 bad review on the CW page- some guy where it busted and sprayed sh!t all over the place (just gives you the heebie-geebies thinkin' about it, doesn't it?).

The thing that gets me is the price...$90?! For a piece of molded platic and a 10' hose? I don't know if it's the Mfr or CW (which I detest anyway)...but I may go by there anyway and take a look at it- you know- do that touchy/feely kinda thing.

Thanks Hoverbug! Do you have one?

Thats what bothered me about it. Also there is a fitted 3/4 hose, not a place where you can screw your own hose on. Guess you get what you pay for, huh. I gotta have the screw on hose and need a 100 ft. Think I got a better shot with the turkey crunching it all up and sending it down the hose.

.....not a good idea from a medical stand point.....might give yourself a rather nasty disease or infection handling human waste in warm weather...Hept 3 is a posssibility along with 4000 others.....I'd reconsider......geofkaye

Sean, no, I don't have one now. I got one from Campers Choice when it first came on the market. Mine developed cracks on the pump housing and I got a refund, then we sold our camper before escaping Florida. It did work but would take 5-10 minuits to drain the tank depending how much :stuff: it had to blast. For a standard drain stick with the stinky slinky. Im my case I wanted a drain at the house and the closest cleanout was about 40' from the driveway. Except for the faulty pump housing(which has been redesigned and don't know how the hose could burst, it is pretty hefty) it did the job. Ain't it a shame CW sucked up Campers Choice. On your way to CW stop by Ace and get some shade cloth Happy Trails!! guys and a very Happy Fourth. Any folks get up this way let me know and we can go zoom zooming around Klamath Lake. Was on the water last night..nice.

I am so glad I was'nt around for this discussion
I'm starten to think if we sold our ramblins to the right network we could all be rich off the new sitcom " The Blue Bowl Comedy Tour" featuring Hoverbug, Vette Racer ,WWFan,C.CARNEY,FatDog and SandyFeet, the lady with the stick.
