As soon as I turn on the timer, the fuse blows. I have heard about the gear issue with this latest round of pumps. Does any know how to replace the gear set? I traced the wires and did not see any fraying or shorts so I am pretty sure that this is the problem. Thanks

Contact Warrior, they will send you out a new gear set and a new O ring.
I watched the guys at the dealer do mine, they pulled the whole pump out and worked on it, made it easier.
Take the 4 bolts off the end, you can see the gears. Take them out, replace and put cover back on with new O ring.
Took them about 20min.

Easier than calling WW...

I called PBL Industries last week who
are the manufacture's of the fuel station pumps installed in the WW'ers

Apparently they had 600 gear sets go out that were manufactured with the wrong type of resin material by their gear subcontractor. Those gears swell after reacting with the gasoline in
the pump.

You can call PBL direct and they will send you out an new set of gears, lock pin, and gasket.

Their phone number is (260)665-3841

Tested mine today, new gears have been in for 1 week. Blew the fuse.
I will be calling PBL.

My next set is coming from PBL directly.
