RPM 23ft. Back door is sagging.

Hello,
I bought a 2007 RPM 23ft last year. Everything seems fine and then I noticed the back corner of the interior walls were soft on both sides. And now the rear toyhauler door is buckling on the bottom where is mounts to the floor. How do you fix this.
thanks,
Rich

Is it rotten?
If it's rotten and water's getting in, you rebuild it all.
