Rubber Seal Spray

anyone use Water Resistant Silicone Lubricant spray on their rubber seals or is this not a good idea? OR what have you used/found to keep the rubber seals/parts in tip-top shape?? thanks

Rubber Seal Spray

I use 303 Aerospace Protectant

I use regular silicone spay for the slide rubbers and seals and a product called Fluid Film for all the exposed steel frame work. We stay at the coast a lot and it seeming to work very well.
