Short doors

No biggy just curious but why are the doors in campers at least two inches short from the ceiling. Inquiring minds want to know.

Mine are a few inches off the floor but I believe that's for air flow when the heat and A/C is on.

The return air for both heat and A/C are in the main room.

2 reasons.
1. Many RVs aren’t very tall at the side walls. Doors made to lowest common denominator.
2. So I can bust my head every morning on the way out the door to make breakfast.
