Slide out

I am having a problem with my dinette slide and my kitchen slide jerking going in or out on my 2014 fuzion chrome 404 is there a remedy to this problem?

I don't know any way to stop it but mine has been doing it since it was brand new, I've lubricated everything I can find and took it back to the dealer and he said it was normal, of course, so I guess I will continue using mine until it quits.

That's not what I wanted to hear! Mine shakes the wall so bad I'm afraid it will yank the pulley out. I have emailed bal accuslide and Keystone but I'm still waiting on a response from both.

I am thinking about putting stainless steel sheets under my slides. Has anyone ever tried this?

Mine jerked till the cables were adjusted then it stopped jerking.
