Another mod to the kitchen area...... Actually, after being inspired by King Salami, Lady Di decided to remove the heavy metal contraption covering the stove top and replaced it with her 24" x 18" cutting board. She's a happy camper. Cutting board can be found here: Click here

I gotta say this: Lady Di must be one happy camper and she is also one lucky lady. To have someone that will change/modify every little thing to make her more happy, well, all I have to say is: PLEASE! don't let her talk to my wife! I have her believing that they made it that way for a reason so I can't change it.

Tom,

Good news

Lady Di picked that board up at the local kitchen ware store "Chefworks" for $60

Mothers day is coming up..........

Also, that board fits perfectly and required no cutting. Since it rests on the edge of the counter, it sits above the stovetop grates.

OK, all you need to do is spend $60, remove (2) little screws and it's done!
