thanks again everyone, ive not gotten a tri axle yet but I'm leaning to a tandem because of about a 100 feet drive max space to get the 5er into a building for storage but garages are usually only 11 feet but they don't tell you that 2 feet of that is the dove tail. my sxs rear tires would be 6 inches from that dove tail. I went and looked at a TH with 14 foot garage, tri axle and that was a mistake looking at it. I would love to have it but just not sure on that kinda size but its only 3 feet longer in overall length. I'm just not sure yet on maneuverability by me in the space I have to work with yet.

Picked it up last w/e, I just went with it with the tri axle and on the way home 200 miles away, really liked the way the rig felt going down the hwy. I'm glad I just got this and can just have more fun with it. I really like the 14 foot garage that was why I went with this model over some of the others. Thanks everyone for the suggestions and thoughts.

Mike glad got the new Raptor. Did you trade in your Spyder. You said it was only 3 ft longer than the other unit. Keep me informed how you like the Raptor and the tri axle. Thanks Sam

Looking at the picture of the rig the front does not rise up like so many do. I presume the B/R is in the front so what is the headroom like? I'm short but don't want to crawl into the room. With a lower height, towing mpg might be better with less frontal drag.

I'm 5'10 and can stand straight up in any part of the bedroom and have at least 6 inches to go before hitting the a/c unit duct which is lower than the roof. Weve been using it every w/e for about the last 6 w/e and really like it.

In my experience they did not lower the front but raised the back. IMO it is better as the roof is flat without any transitions that are potential for issues.

Exactly. The rear ceilings are very tall. Front Bedroom is over 6 ft.
