Thor 37RB Outlaw & Golf Cart?

Has anyone had a golf cart in the garage and towing a jeep? Would we be the first? I wonder how it would do with all that weight? Golf cart is 1300lbs.

I doubt you'd be the first...garage and ramp capacities are 2,500lb and 122" deep for the golf cart.

We have carried a Smart car (1,800lb+):

Hitch rating is 8,000lb, plenty for the Jeep.

And, the GCWR is 30,000lb and UVW at just over 20,000...so total weight is probably no problem, unless you fill the Outlaw to max GVWR (26,000lb).

Best luck

Will the V10 be adequate power for golf cart & Jeep going up steep grades? I hate ending up going 20mph up the steep grade.

Adequate is a relative term. At a long 6% grade, the new V10 and 6 speed set-up reportedly will get down to about 45mph.

There will be an obvious difference to how a 40' RV with a rear engine CAT would crest the same hill, but these Ford chassis have no problem hauling the rated loads.

A 1,300lb golf cart is less weight than 2 full dressed motorcycles, so from personal experience, it would work very well.

Best luck
