Did any of you happen to see the top-of-the-page advertisement for the Tire-Wise tire pressure indicator? http://www.rvupgradestore.com/index....ROD&ProdID=438

I liked the automated system by Doran, but the $790 just about made me gag...at $5.74 each for the TireWise, maybe it's a tad more affordable? I'm not quite sure about the indicator- they say at 10% underinflated you'll get a combo green/red indicator, but is this suffice to replace the tried-and-true tire pressure gauge?

Things that make ya go 'hummmmmm....' And who says banner ads don't work?

Yep.....I saw them. These RV forums are the only place I click on the banner ads, but I've found some great stuff on them.

You're right, the Doran system is awesome but the price....YIKES.

As for the Tirewise indicators, I'm not sure I would trust them. I'd still be checking the pressure all the time. Even if they're accurate, I wouldn't want to be down 10% on air pressure when towing heavy. If the warning was around 5% I'd feel better about them.

Boy...we think alike...the iRV2 banner ads have been the ONLY banner ads I've ever clicked on- and I particularly am fond of the rvupgrades.com's ones. Limited stuff, but man- good stuff.

I'm wondering if we could get a couple samples, try 'em out to boost our confidence in the product, then blurt out to the whole world how well they work (an advertiser's dream!).

Hey...I've still got that central vac system on my dream list...sure wish I could get a sample, but then again, dang it!- you ruined it for me.
