If you do not have the standard stabilizers...the only stabilizer jacks that should be used on a large TT like the MXT is a scissor design like:
BAL Scissor Jacks Stabilizing System - Set of 2 - BAL 24002D - Stabilizing Jacks - Camping World
There are simpler designs with a single leg, but they are too light weight (made for pop-ups).
The scissor design can also be powered, but we just used a cordless drill on our TT's jacks...less wire, less risk of failure, and I already had the drill.
About slide-out stabilizers...I believe every maker discourages their use. The slide should be tight against the camper wall. If you jack-up the slide, the normal/slight flex in the frame as you walk inside the TT can pry on the slide seal and joints...not good.
Best luck and safe travels
