I am considering upgrading to a toy hauler and am looking for some suggestions. I would like a seperate garage with the loft queen above, a dedicated living kitchen area, and a queen bedroom with preferabley a side isle bath. I have to have a seperate enclosed bathroom, I do not like the open bathroom layouts because of privacy with the kids. I have looked at the WW FTL-40 IGO and the All American Sport XLR 39X12. Both of these are bigger than I was looking for, and would require an bigger truck than what i have, but they have the room and layouts I like. We eed the space because it is the wife, 4 kids and myself. We would be hauling 2 road bikes and kayaks. ANy suggeations are helpfull on the toy hauler and truck to toy it with.

you might look at KZ. they have the walled off garage with a loft option. with four kids, you might need to get the power bed in the garage as well. http://www.kz-rv.com/sp_sportster/index.html

Check out the Keystone Raptor 3612. It has all the stuff you mentioned.

Thanks for the replies so far. The KZ Sportsmen Sporster 40P has everything I am looking for but not sure how I feel about the overall floorplan. I did take a look at the Raptor but the shower is still out in the open unless I went to a TT. I didn't specify it in my previous post but I want to stay with a 5th wheel.

On the 3612 there is a pocket door on one side of the shower (Where the steps to the bedroom are) and a curtin on the other. (Bedroom side)

R Wagon by R Vision has some nice layouts. I settled on a Victory Lane, used 2 times so I got it at a good price.

K-Z's seem nicely built.
You might also want to eyeball All American Sport by Forest River, especially their XLR 39x12.
It is set up with a corner shower, sink, and toilet in the same seperate room with the walkway to the bedroom along the exterior wall...
They seem to be quite high quality, but I don't like where the entertainment center is relative to the sofa and dinette.
