it isn't a fold-out, but those screen rooms that attach to the rear ramp sure look kinda handy and keep the overall size of the 'hauler small,
the ramp can be held open and flat, and a screen room is attached

I'm kind of like FD, all I've seen is the screen rooms that go on the rear ramp door. Good luck on your search.

Do you mean the room in front that has a bed, or the ramp room that goes over the ramp?

I have a ramp add-a-room. It doesn't fold out, it sets up like a tent on the toy hauler ramp.

Mine is made by Carefree of Colorado.

Check out the Titanium by Glendale. They have the fold out room. I am not sure I want the extra 400 lbs. but they have it.

Greetings, We have the Titanium toyhauler made by Glendale. It has the "bug room" that extends out the side of the garage area. There is a sliding glass door leading out to the room. It sure adds a lot of living space when it is set up. Takes about 5 to 10 minutes to set up. If you start looking at this, the model number is 36E41MPRV
