you know what my wife would do to me if she came home and found that on the carpet?
So that bracket behind the pin is what makes the slide work? I was wondering how that worked. Have fun putting that together. I put my airbags on last night and was delayed about an hour because Sammie (the two year old) was depositing change into my one month old CD player. Other than that little set back, things went great.

Gotta love those kids don't we. Glad your air bags went smooth and hey you got money back. LOL
P.S yeah the wife wasn't to happy but had no choice, that thing is heavy and she helped get it out of the box. Its clean no grease painted so I assured it would not stain the carpet. I moved it to the garage right after the pics.

Griz:
NOW I know what you're talking about! I saw one of those at Giant and said to myself, "self...that looks like something you'd want!".
If you don't mind me asking- what did that set cha back? Now I'm REALLY interested.

I was trying to download the pics of those airbags, but I cant quite pull the trigger. Maybe I'm doing somehting wrong. Anyway, they are stuck in the photo gallery. Any idea on why I cant post my pics with my comments?

Melon,
Click on picture to get largest version, rt click and select properties, copy URL of picture. Then when posting, click on little green picture box in toolbar of post and paste the URL of picture there. It will then show up in your post.

Melon, Those look realy good. I will need those extender blocks when I lift mine next Aug when I return from Iraq. As far as pictures you need to go to your photos and click on the thumbnail and then right clik on the enlarged photo and highlight and copy the link. Then move your curser over the little picture where you are typing your reply. It says display image-UBBcode. Paste the link in the drop down box and your your link will be added to your message. When you post the message your picture should display. Its not to user freindly untill you do it a couple of times.

melon,
is this one of them?
NICE TIRES!
and Clark spelled out good instructions in his post right after yours. it is admittedly a bit hard the first time or two.
And Griz
nice hitch. That is interesting to see it, makes it easier to understand how it'll work. Take some step by step snaps as you install. This will be a good thread as what to a lot of us is a different hitch gets installed.
I'll be interested to see how it gets mountd to the trailer side.
