two drain pipes. What are they?

I have a 2009 403 Fuzion. On the underside there are two white plastic drain tubes. One is the main water tank. What is the other one connected to?

There is normally three in less some are located else where. One fro the water tank, one for the cold water low point and one for the hot water drain point.

That might explain why I am having trouble priming my system.. one cap is missing!
